The ground rules for your time in Pokyo.

Last updated: September 8, 2026. These terms apply to the Pokyo game and its website. Please read them before playing or connecting a wallet.

1. Playing Pokyo

Use the game lawfully and respect other players. Do not exploit bugs to obtain rewards, interfere with the service, impersonate others or attempt to access another player’s profile. Features and availability may change as the game develops.

2. Profiles and saving

Wallet sign-in links your public wallet address to a game profile. Keep control of your wallet and review every signature request. Demo sessions are temporary and are not saved or transferable. Saved progress depends on the service being available; uninterrupted access and permanent retention are not guaranteed.

3. Game items and simulations

XP, coins and arcade funds are gameplay values with no promised cash redemption or investment return. The stock arcade is a simulation. Company names, logos and market information do not imply endorsement, ownership of shares or financial advice. Pokyo is an independent game.

4. Blockchain transactions

Onchain claims are optional and require your wallet approval. You are responsible for reviewing the network, destination and fees. Gas costs real ETH, including when a transaction fails. Confirmed blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed by Pokyo. Collectible ownership does not grant rights to third-party brands or company equity.

5. Data used to run the game

Pokyo stores your public wallet address, chosen citizen name, character appearance and gameplay progress to provide your profile. A session cookie keeps you signed in. The game does not request or store your private key or seed phrase. Hosting, database and wallet providers may process connection data under their own policies. Public blockchain activity remains publicly visible.

6. Availability and responsibility

The game is provided as available. Bugs, maintenance and third-party outages may affect play or saving. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date. For questions or to request help with your profile, contact the project through @playpokyo on X. Never send private keys, seed phrases or passwords.
